These terms apply to Solo Standoff ("the game"), made by Nesture-X ("we", "us") through its gaming studio NX Gaming, based in Nairobi, Kenya. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
1. Using the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to download and play the game on your own devices for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or reverse-engineer the game, or use it for any commercial purpose, unless the law allows it.
2. Your account
- When you first play, the game creates a guest account for you. If you uninstall the game or change phones without backing up, a guest account and its progress can't be recovered.
- You can back up your progress with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account.
- Guest accounts with no activity for 90 days are deleted automatically (see the Privacy Policy).
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete account.
3. Fair play
We want rankings to be fair for everyone. Every score is checked on our servers before it counts. You agree not to:
- cheat, hack, or use bots, scripts, or modified versions of the game
- send fake scores, or interfere with the game's servers
- exploit bugs. If you find one, please tell us at support@nesturex.com.
Scores that don't pass our checks won't count. We may remove scores, reset progress, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Player names
Your player name and avatar may be shown to other players, for example on leaderboards. Don't use names that are offensive, hateful, misleading, or that impersonate someone else. We may change or remove a name that breaks this rule.
5. Coins and unlocks
- Coins, skins, avatars and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no real-world money value and can't be exchanged for money or transferred to other players.
- We may change how coins and items work, for example to keep the game balanced.
- If we ever offer purchases in the game, they will be handled by Google Play and Google Play's refund rules will apply.
6. Ads
The game is free and is supported by ads, including optional ads you can choose to watch for rewards such as hints or coins. A reward is given when the ad finishes. We can't guarantee that an ad is always available.
7. Our content
The game, including its levels, art, characters, music, sounds and code, belongs to Nesture-X and is protected by copyright and other laws. "Solo Standoff", "NX Gaming" and "Nesture-X" are our names and brands.
8. Changes and availability
We may update the game, add or remove features or levels, or stop offering the game, at any time. Some features, such as the Daily Challenge, leaderboards and backups, need an internet connection.
9. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of interruptions.
10. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Nesture-X is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of game progress or data, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
11. Ending your use
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the game. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
