Solo Standoff is made by Nesture-X, through its gaming studio NX Gaming, based in Nairobi, Kenya. You can delete your account and the data attached to it at any time. Here is how.
From inside the game
This is the fastest way, and it takes effect straight away.
- Open Solo Standoff.
- Tap the settings icon.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
Your account and its data are removed from our servers immediately.
By email
If you can no longer open the game, for example because you uninstalled it or lost the phone, email us at privacy@nesturex.com from the address linked to your account, or tell us your player name and player ID if you played as a guest.
We reply within 30 days and confirm once the account is deleted.
What gets deleted
- your player account and player ID
- your progress: missions cleared, stars, coins, unlocked skins and avatars
- your player name and avatar
- your saved clear moves, Daily Challenge results and ranks
- your Google account identifier and email address, if you backed up with Google
Your scores are removed from rankings at the same time.
What may remain for a short time
Copies of your data may remain in our encrypted backups for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are erased. We keep nothing that identifies you beyond that point.
Keeping your progress instead
If you only want to move to a new phone, you do not need to delete anything. Choose Back up with Google in the game, then sign in with the same Google account on the new phone and your progress comes back.
